And I've got one more question ....With that dock background are you using appdrawer launcher?
If so can u tell me how to assign appdrawer launcher with blank background with circle visible...

im not sure what appdrawer launcher is but im using ADW Ex. to set a dock background, go into adw settings/themes preferences/main dock/custom then select the dock that you downloaded. as for the icon youll have to make a blank transparent png picture then long press the icon and set the png as your icon and obviously set the icon to open the app drawer.

Can u give me a blank transparent png.... I tried using GIMP but it is way too much for me to understand LOL.

all the icons are made with minimalistic text and the dock is from here [link] it's the fifth dock

oh no its not the donate version, just make a 4x1 widget, uncheck the background, select "custom layout", delete everything, put in "static text", type what you want it to say, select "start another activity", then select your app then ok.

but how do we create icons with minimal text.....And how do we assign particular application for that icon?
